rakṣātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

من يخالف (قواعد) الحماية تُطبَّق عليه عقوبة sāhasa «الدرجة الأولى» (أدنى مرتبة من غرامات جرائم العنف).
