Thereafter Suparṇa (Garuḍa), touching the two scions of the Kakutstha line and honoring them, gently wiped their moon-bright faces with his hands.
Caressed by Garuda, both their bodies were cleared of wounds instantly shone like gold and turned bright.
Respect for the righteous: even a mighty divine being honors dharmic persons, showing that true greatness includes humility and reverence.
After freeing them, Garuḍa greets Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa respectfully and tends to them with care.
Humility and service (seva-bhāva) expressed through respectful touch and gentle care.
