March to the Seacoast and Encampment at the Shore

The dust, raised by the monkeys’ hands and feet, became dreadful and veiled the world, shutting out the sun’s radiance. The fierce southern host of the Vānara army moved on, covering mountains, forests, and the sky—like a mass of clouds spread across the heavens.
The terrible dust risen up by the (stamping) legs and hands of the vanara troops spread all over is keeping off Sun's radiance as if creating fear.Alas, the frightening army of vanaras went spreading all over the mountains and forests like the spread of clouds over the sky.
Dharma here is collective commitment: many beings unite and exert themselves for a just end, portraying righteous struggle as immense, disciplined, and world-shaping.
The narration describes the overwhelming movement of the Vānara forces, whose march raises dust that darkens the sun and blankets the landscape.
Energetic perseverance and unity—an army acting as one body for Rāma’s righteous objective.
