सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
तं ततः प्रीतिसंहृष्टः प्रीतिमन्तं महाकपिम्।जाम्बवान्कार्यवृत्तान्तमपृच्छदनिलात्मजम्।।।।
taṃ tataḥ prītisaṃhṛṣṭaḥ prītimantaṃ mahākapim | jāmbavān kāryavṛttāntam apṛcchad anilātmajam ||
Then Jāmbavān, overjoyed, affectionately questioned Hanumān—the great monkey—about the full account of what had occurred.
Thereafter, very delighted Jambavan inquired Hanuman most affectionately of all that happened.
