पक्षिणो वर्जयन्त्येतत्तथाऽन्ये वनचारिणः।विशन्ति मोहाद्येऽप्यत्र निवर्तन्ते न ते पुनः।।
pakṣiṇo varjayanty etat tathā anye vanacāriṇaḥ | viśanti mohād ye 'py atra nivartante na te punaḥ ||
Birds avoid this place, and so do other creatures of the forest; even those who enter here out of delusion do not return again.
'Birds and wild animals avoid the hermitage and whoever enters there out of ignorance never returns.
Dharma includes respecting limits: one must not trespass into sanctified spaces heedlessly; ignorance (moha) leads to irreversible harm.
A caution is given that the hermitage is avoided even by animals, and that careless entry brings danger.
Prudence (viveka): acting with awareness and restraint in places of spiritual power.
