That son of yours—Rāma, the tiger among men—stands at the doorway, having given away all his wealth in charity to the brahmins and to all who depended on him.
Your son Rama, the best of men, having given away his entire wealth in charity to brahmins and to all the dependents is waiting at the entrance.
Dāna-dharma: before undertaking hardship, Rāma fulfills social obligations by supporting brahmins and dependents.
A court messenger reports that Rāma has distributed his wealth and is waiting at the entrance, ready to proceed.
Generosity and conscientious preparation, showing non-attachment to possessions.
