sarvasmin sarvabhūtas tvaṃ sarvaḥ sarvasvarūpadhṛk sarvaṃ tvattas tataś ca tvaṃ namaḥ sarvātmane 'stu te
Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya; the verse functions as a doxology/hymnic declaration addressed to Vishnu)
It affirms Vishnu as the indwelling reality in every being—God not only as creator but as the inner governor and sustaining Self present within all existence.
He states a complete cycle: all things arise from Vishnu, and after arising they remain grounded in Him—expressing creation, dependence, and ultimate return within the one Supreme Lord.
Vishnu is presented as the Supreme Reality who bears all forms and pervades all beings—supporting core Vaishnava views of divine sovereignty, immanence, and the universe’s dependence on Him.
