普利图施拉瓦、布胡里迪尤姆纳、里奇迦、布里哈塔与伽耶——这些皆列于诸子之名。由此,萨瓦尔尼(摩奴)之第一支共有九子,个个具足大力与雄健。

Cosmic Event: Sāvarṇi-Manu cycle: enumeration of a ‘first set’ of nine sons (cosmic governance succession)
The verse preserves the dharmic memory of Manu’s lineage, showing how social order and righteous governance arise through divinely-ordained progeny; in a Shaiva frame, such order supports beings (paśu) in gradually turning toward the Lord (Pati) and liberation.
Though the verse is genealogical, the Uma Saṃhitā situates worldly dynasties within Shiva’s cosmic governance; kings and lineages are meaningful when they uphold dharma and create conditions for Saguna Shiva worship—temples, vows, and public rites centered on the Liṅga.
No specific rite is prescribed in this line; the practical takeaway is to live in dharma—supported by daily Shaiva practice such as Panchakshara japa (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and respectful observance of Shiva’s worship in one’s household and community.
