Nabhaga-Upākhyāna: The Account of Nabhaga and Shiva-Jñāna

It affirms Shiva as Pati—the supreme Īśvara—who alone makes any offering meaningful; even yajña-remnants are holy because they are consecrated by His will, not merely by external ritual.
In Linga/Saguna worship, offerings become Shiva-prasāda through consecration to the Lord; the verse underscores that sanctity arises from Shiva’s presence and acceptance, not from the material object itself.
Offer all acts and offerings to Shiva with the Panchakshara spirit of surrender ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya"), and receive prasāda as His grace—prioritizing devotion and inner purity over mere ritual performance.
