ऋषय ऊचुः । किं तन्नामसहस्रं वै कथय त्वं हि शांकरम् । येन तुष्टो ददौ चक्रं हरये स महेश्वरः
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | kiṃ tannāmasahasraṃ vai kathaya tvaṃ hi śāṃkaram | yena tuṣṭo dadau cakraṃ haraye sa maheśvaraḥ
诸仙人说道:“那确实是商羯罗(Śaṅkara)的千名圣号是什么?请为我们宣说。大自在天摩诃提婆(Maheśvara),因诵此名而欢喜,遂赐轮(cakra)于诃利(毗湿奴,Viṣṇu)。”
