Transliteration

daleṣu siddhayaścāṣṭau kesareṣu ca śaktikāḥ | rudrā vāmādayastvaṣṭau pūrvādiparitaḥ kramāt

Translation

花瓣之中安住八种悉地（Siddhi）；花丝（kesara）之中安住诸天女神力（Śakti）。其周围依次从东方起循诸方位排列八位鲁陀罗（Rudra），以瓦玛（Vāmā）等为首。
