Transliteration

padmasyeśānakoṣṭhe tu tathā padmaṃ samālikhet | kavargasya tṛtīyaṃ tu paṃcamasvarasaṃyutam

Translation

在莲华的伊舍那（Īśāna）方位之格中，也应绘出莲华之印。并于其处安置“ka”字组的第三字母，与第五元音相合，使咒音之字节各得其位。
