सम्बन्धः कोत्र विज्ञेयः किंप्रयोजनमुच्यते । उपासकस्तु किंरूपः किं वा स्थानमुपासनम्
sambandhaḥ kotra vijñeyaḥ kiṃprayojanamucyate | upāsakastu kiṃrūpaḥ kiṃ vā sthānamupāsanam

By asking about “place” and “method of worship,” it points to structured Saguna worship—most classically Śiva-liṅga upāsanā—through which the devotee approaches the Nirguna reality of Śiva via a sacred form, mantra, and disciplined devotion.
