Transliteration

jīvāśritāyāścicchakterdaurbalyaṃ vidyate sadā | tannivṛtyarthamevātra śaktitvaṃ sārvakālikam

Translation

当住于个体灵魂（jīva）之中时，识之力（cit-śakti）恒常显得羸弱。故为遣除此局限，此处宣说主之圣能（Śakti）于一切时恒常运作。
