Transliteration

viṣṇunā vidhinā devaṛṣigaṃdharvvanāyakaiḥ | mānavaiśca sadā sevyā sarvvātmavyāpinī śivā

Translation

她——遍入一切众生之内、无所不在的自性之圣母湿婆（Śivā）——恒应受毗湿奴、毗提（梵天，施设者）、诸天圣仙与乾闼婆之领袖，以及世人恭敬供奉与侍奉。
