काञ्चनस्य च शैलस्य सूर्यस्य च महात्मनः।।4.40.62।।आविष्टा तेजसा सन्ध्या पूर्वा रक्ता प्रकाशते।
kāñcanasya ca śailasya sūryasya ca mahātmanaḥ | āviṣṭā tejasā sandhyā pūrvā raktā prakāśate ||
被金色之山与伟大太阳的光辉所浸润,东方的暮光灿然显现,色泽殷红。
'The early morning twilight appears bright red because of the glow of the golden mountain as well as of the great Sun-god.
Dharma is suggested through the symbolism of dawn: as darkness yields to light, confusion should yield to truth (satya) and right resolve in the pursuit of justice.
