蒙你允准,他将与友伴一同进入吉祥之城,整顿一切应办之事。他已依仪轨沐浴,用种种香料与药草,合乎传统法度。
'Permitted by your gracious self, he will enter the auspicious city along with his friends and perform his duties. He had his auspicious bath in fragrant waters with medicinal herbs as per tradition.
Dharma here is orderly responsibility: once legitimately authorized, a leader (or one entering public office) should proceed with proper rites and then competently arrange the kingdom’s affairs for the common good.
After Sugrīva’s consecration and preparations, it is explained that he will enter the city with supporters, having performed the customary bath with fragrant and medicinal substances, and then attend to state matters.
Propriety and preparedness—acting with permission, following tradition, and then focusing on duty rather than impulse.
