Sugriva’s Account of Enmity and Appeal to Rama
दिष्ट्यासि कुशली प्राप्तो निहतश्च त्वया रिपुः।अनाथस्य हि मे नाथस्त्वमेकोऽनाथनन्दनः।।
diṣṭyāsi kuśalī prāpto nihataś ca tvayā ripuḥ | anāthasya hi me nāthas tvam eko ’nātha-nandanaḥ ||
幸运的是你平安归来,敌人已被你诛杀。对于无依无靠的我来说,你是唯一的保护者,噢,无助者的慰藉者。
'By providence you have come back safe and the enemy has been killed. You are the only protector to an orphan which I am.
