Transliteration

iyaṃ ca duhitā jyeṣṭhā tava gaṅgā bhaviṣyati | tvat-kṛtena ca nāmnā ’tha loke sthāsyati viśrutā || 1.44.5 ||

Translation

这位圣洁的恒河将成为你长女；并且因你的名号，她将在世间以“婆伽罗提”（Bhāgīrathī）之名而闻名。
