api kācit tvayā dṛṣṭā sā kadamba-priyā priyā | kadamba yadi jānīṣe śaṃsa sītāṃ śubhānanām || 3.60.12 ||

Translation

噢，迦檀婆树啊！你可曾见到我那挚爱——喜爱迦檀婆花的她？若你知晓，请告我悉多，那容颜吉祥者。
