तत स्त्र्यवनतं चापमादायाऽत्मविभूषणम्।आबध्य च कलापौ द्वौ जगामोदग्रविक्रमः।।।।
tataḥ tryavanataṃ cāpam ādāyātmavibhūṣaṇam |
ābadhya ca kalāpau dvau jagāmōdagravikramaḥ ||
随后,勇力无可阻挡的罗摩拿起那三处弯曲、如饰物般相衬的弓,系上两只箭囊,便启程而行。
And, hurt by the dart, Maricha roared frighteningly, leaped as high as a palm tree and dropped down on earth almost dead.
Preparedness in righteous duty: Rāma equips himself properly before acting, reflecting disciplined, responsible conduct rather than impulsive force.
Rāma readies his weapons (bow and two quivers) and departs, moving into the next action sequence that leads to Mārīca’s being struck.
