Transliteration

rājamūlo hi dharmaś ca jayaś ca jayatāṃ vara |

tasmāt sarvāsv avasthāsu rakṣitavyā narādhipāḥ ||3.41.10||

Translation

征服者中最卓越者啊，正法与胜利皆根植于君王；因此在一切境况与每个阶段，都当护持诸王。
