पाण्डवपरिचयः—विराटसभायां प्रकाशनम्

भीष्मस्य संज्ञां तु तथैव मन्ये जानाति सो<स्त्रप्रतिघातमेष: । एतस्य वाहान् कुरु सव्यतस्त्व- मेवं हि यातव्यममूढसंज्ञै:,“मैं समझता हूँ, पितामह भीष्मको होश बना हुआ है; क्योंकि वे इस सम्मोहन अस्त्रको निवारण करनेकी विधि जानते हैं। उनके घोड़ोंको बाँयीं ओर छोड़कर जाना; क्योंकि जिनकी चेतना लुप्त नहीं हुई है, ऐसे वीरोंके निकटसे जाना हो, तो इसी प्रकार जाना चाहिये”
bhīṣmasya saṃjñāṃ tu tathaiva manye jānāti so 'strapratighātam eṣaḥ | etasya vāhān kuru savyataḥ tvam evaṃ hi yātavyam amūḍhasaṃjñaiḥ ||
毗湿摩波耶那说道：“我以为毗湿摩祖父确已恢复清明，因为他懂得如何抵御这迷惑之器。你们经过时，要让他的战马在你们左侧；因为若必须贴近那些未失神识的英雄，就应当如此行近。”
