अध्याय १५ — कीचकस्य अत्याचारः, द्रौपद्याः सभाशरणगमनम्
Kīcaka’s coercion and Draupadī’s appeal in the assembly
वैशम्पायन उवाच उपातिष्ठत सा सूर्य मुहूर्तमबला ततः । स तस्यास्तनुमध्याया: सर्व सूर्योडवबुद्धवान्
vaiśampāyana uvāca upātiṣṭhata sā sūryaṃ muhūrtam abalā tataḥ | sa tasyās tanumadhyāyāḥ sarvaṃ sūryo ’vabuddhavān |
毗湿摩波耶那说道：于是无助的德劳帕蒂礼敬日神片刻。随后，日神苏利耶洞悉了德鲁帕达那位细腰公主的全部处境，为护佑她，便暗中指派一位隐形的罗刹为其守卫——无论何种境况，都不让贞洁贤淑、无可指摘的德劳帕蒂在彼处孤立无援。
