Brahmaṇānāṃ Yācanā—Tīrtha-yātrā-prastāvaḥ
The Brahmanas’ Petition and the Proposal of Pilgrimage

The verse highlights responsible transmission of guidance: when higher authority (Indra) issues a directive, the messenger must act promptly and faithfully. It also suggests that righteous persons’ journeys are overseen by divine order, reinforcing confidence in dharma-guided action.
Vaiśampāyana recounts that upon seeing Arjuna arrive and beholding him associated with Indra’s realm (as implied by the context of Indra’s seat), he is struck with wonder. Indra then instructs him to go to the Pāṇḍavas and convey the needed message.
