Lomaśa’s Arrival and Report on Arjuna’s Divine Astras (लोमशागमनम्—अर्जुनदिव्यास्त्रलाभवृत्तान्तः)
बह्दाश्चर्य महाराज दृश्यते तत्र पर्वते । पुण्ये स्वर्गोपमे चैव देवर्षिगणसेविते,राजन! देवर्षिगणोंसे सेवित वह पुण्यपर्वत स्वर्गके समान सुन्दर एवं सुखद है। वहाँ अनेक आश्चर्यकी बातें देखी जाती हैं
bahv āścaryaṃ mahārāja dṛśyate tatra parvate | puṇye svargopame caiva devarṣigaṇasevite ||
道摩耶说道:“噢,大王,那座山上可见诸多奇观。那神圣的山巅——为众多天仙(devarṣi)所侍奉与往来——其美与其乐,宛如天界本身。”
धौम्य उवाच
Sacred places associated with realized sages are portrayed as ‘heaven-like’ because they elevate the mind toward purity (puṇya) and reverence; wonder here functions ethically as a prompt to humility and spiritual aspiration rather than mere spectacle.
Dhaumya addresses the king and describes a particular mountain as holy and extraordinary, frequented by divine seers, emphasizing that many marvels can be witnessed there and that its atmosphere resembles heaven.
