युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya

सर्वपापविशुद्धात्मा स्वर्गलोके महीयते । भरतनन्दन! नरेश्वर! उस सरयूके गोप्रतारतीर्थमें स्नान करके मनुष्य श्रीरामचन्द्रजीकी कृपा और उद्योगसे सब पापोंसे शुद्ध होकर स्वर्गलोकमें सम्मानित होता है ।।

sarvapāpa-viśuddhātmā svargaloke mahīyate | bharatanandana nareśvara, sarayū-gopratāra-tīrthe snātvā manuṣyaḥ śrīrāmacandrajī-kṛpayā ca udyogena ca sarvapāpebhyaḥ śuddhaḥ san svargaloke sammānito bhavati || rāmātīrthe naraḥ snātvā gomatyāṃ kurunandana |

古拉斯提亚说道:“凡内在自性已从一切罪垢中净化者,必在天界受尊崇。噢,婆罗多之欢,噢,人中王:在萨罗由河的牛渡(Gopratāra)——罗摩的圣地(tīrtha)——沐浴之人,凭圣罗摩旃陀罗(Śrī Rāmacandra)的恩泽与自身的勤勉精进,得以洗尽诸罪,继而在天界受敬仰。噢,俱卢之欢,当人于戈摩提河的罗摩圣地沐浴时……”
