दमयन्ती-शपथः वायोः साक्ष्यं च
Damayantī’s Oath and Vāyu’s Testimony
यच्चान्यदपि पश्येथास्तच्चाख्येयं त्वया मम । “बाहुकके इन सब चरित्रोंकी समीक्षा करके फिर मुझे सब बात बताना। बाहुकमें यदि तुम्हें कोई दिव्य अथवा मानवोचित विशेषता दिखायी दे तथा और भी जो कोई विशेषता दृष्टिगोचर हो तो उसपर भी दृष्टि रखना और मुझे आकर बताना'
yaccānyad api paśyethās taccākhyeyaṃ tvayā mama |
布里哈达湿婆说道：“你若还观察到别的什么，也都必须禀告于我。细细审察巴胡迦的一切行事与性情，然后来把一切都告诉我。若你在巴胡迦身上发现任何非凡之处——无论带有神性，或是卓然出众的人间品格——以及其他显著标记，都要留心记取，回来报告。”
