Keśinī’s Inquiry to Bāhuka and the Emotional Signs of Concealed Identity (केशिन्याः बाहुकपरीक्षा)
मुदा परमया युक्तस्तेजसाथ परेण वै । रथमारुह् तेजस्वी प्रययौं जवनैर्हयै:,तदनन्तर कलियुगके अदृश्य हो जानेपर शत्रुवीरोंका संहार करनेवाले निषधनरेश राजा नल सारी चिन्ताओंसे मुक्त हो गये। बहेड़ेके फलोंको गिनकर उन्हें बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई। वे उत्तम तेजसे युत्ह तेजस्वी रूप धारण करके रथपर चढ़े और वेगशाली घोड़ोंको हाँकते हुए विदर्भदेशको चल दिये
mudā paramayā yuktaḥ tejasātha pareṇa vai | rathamāruhya tejasvī prayayau javanair hayaiḥ ||
他满怀至上的欢喜,周身具非常之光辉;那光耀的国王登上战车,驱策迅疾骏马,向前启程。叙事至此,正显那罗在恶势消散后脱离忧惧,重振志气,怀着复得的尊严与自信归向毗陀婆。
बृहदश्च उवाच
When oppressive misfortune or delusion passes, one should not remain trapped in fear or grief; renewed clarity should be met with purposeful action. The verse highlights regained inner radiance (tejas) and forward movement—an ethical model of resilience and responsible return to one’s rightful path.
After the troubling influence has disappeared and Nala’s mind is unburdened, he becomes joyful and radiant. He mounts a chariot and departs with swift horses, proceeding toward Vidarbha—signaling a decisive transition from suffering and concealment to restoration and reunion.
