ऋतुपर्णस्य विदर्भयात्रा-निश्चयः तथा बाहुकस्य हयपरिक्षा (Ṛtuparṇa’s resolve to go to Vidarbha and Bāhuka’s examination of horses)
अथ ताननब्रवीद् भैमी सर्वराष्ट्रेष्विदं वच: । ब्रुवध्वं जनसंसत्सु तत्र तत्र पुन: पुन:,तब भीमकुमारीने उन ब्राह्मणोंसे कहा--'सब राष्ट्रोमें घूम-घूमकर जनसमुदायमें आपलोग बार-बार मेरी यह बात बोलें--
atha tān abravīd bhaimī sarvarāṣṭreṣv idaṃ vacaḥ | bruvadhvaṃ janasaṃsatsu tatra tatra punaḥ punaḥ ||
于是毗弥(达摩衍提)对那些婆罗门说道:“你们行走遍历诸国之时,当在各处的民众集会中,一遍又一遍宣告我这番话。”
युदेव उवाच
The verse underscores ethical communication: when seeking justice or assistance, one may rely on truthful, publicly accountable speech—repeatedly proclaimed before communities—so that dharma is supported by collective awareness and witness.
Damayantī (Bhīmī) instructs a group of Brahmins to travel through many kingdoms and repeatedly announce her message in public assemblies, using widespread proclamation to locate help and advance her search amid her hardship.
