आकाशदेशमासाद्य विमुक्तं कृष्णवर्त्मना । उत्स्रष्टकामं त॑ नाग: पुन: कर्कोटको<ब्रवीत्,अग्निके प्रभावसे रहित आकाश-देशमें पहुँचनेपर जब नलने उस नागको छोड़नेका विचार किया, उस समय कर्कोटकने फिर कहा--
ākāśadeśam āsādya vimuktaṃ kṛṣṇavartmanā | utsraṣṭakāmaṃ taṃ nāgaḥ punaḥ karkoṭako 'bravīt ||
布利哈达湿婆说道：当那罗抵达一片开阔之地，脱离那幽暗的路径，正欲放走那蛇之时，龙蛇迦尔科塔迦又开口对他说——表明此番相逢并非偶然，而是别有达摩之旨，尚有进一步的劝诫待授。
