Nala’s Embassy to Damayantī and the Gods’ Proposal (नलस्य दूतत्वं देवप्रस्तावश्च)
असंशयं महाबाहो हनिष्यसि सुयोधनम् । वर्षात् त्रयोदशादूर्ध्व सह गाण्डीवधन्चना,“महाबाहो! इसमें तनिक भी संदेह नहीं है कि तुम तेरहवें वर्षके बाद गाण्डीवधारी अर्जुनके साथ जाकर युद्धमें सुयोधनको मार डालोगे
Asaṁśayaṁ mahābāho haniṣyasi Suyodhanam | varṣāt trayodaśād ūrdhvaṁ saha Gāṇḍīvadhanvaṇā ||
毗湿摩耶那说道：“噢，臂力无双者，毫无疑问：第十三年一过，你将与持甘狄婆弓的阿周那同赴战场，诛杀苏约陀那。”此言确证了道义与叙事的必然归宿：漫长的流放与克制之修，将在决定性的对决中结出果实；正义虽迟，终不缺席，并将借由正当的力量与正直的盟友得以施行。
