Śiva Grants the Pāśupata Astra (Pāśupata-Śastra Upadeśa) | शिवेन पाशुपतास्त्रदानम्

रथो मातलिसंयुक्त आगन्ता त्वत्कृते महीम्‌ तत्र ते5हं प्रदास्यामि दिव्यान्यस्त्राणि कौरव,“मातलिके द्वारा जोता हुआ दिव्य रथ तुम्हें लेनेके लिये पृथ्वीपर आनेवाला है। कुरुनन्दन! वहीं (स्वर्गमें) मैं तुम्हें दिव्यास्त्र प्रदान करूँगा”

Transliteration

ratho mātalisaṃyukta āgantā tvatkṛte mahīm | tatra te 'haṃ pradāsyāmi divyāny astrāṇi kaurava ||

Translation

“一乘天车将为你降临人间，由摩多梨为御者。到那里，库鲁后裔啊，我将赐你诸般神圣兵器。”
