दिव्येभ्यश्वैव भूतेभ्यो ये चान्ये परिपन्थिन: । आप बड़े भाईका आदर करनेवाले हैं, उनकी आज्ञाके पालक हैं। भरतश्रेष्ठ! मैं आपकी शान्तिके लिये वसु, रुद्र, आदित्य, मरुदगण, विश्वेदेव तथा साध्य देवताओंकी शरण लेती हूँ। भारत! भौम, आन्तरिक्ष तथा दिव्य भूतोंसे और दूसरे भी जो मार्गमें विघध्न डालनेवाले प्राणी हैं, उन सबसे आपका कल्याण हो

毗舍波耶那说：“愿你免受天界诸类与一切可能阻道之众生的侵害。因你敬重长兄、遵从其命，我为你的安宁祈请诸神护佑：八位伐苏、诸鲁陀罗、阿底提耶、马鲁特众、毗湿伐提婆以及萨陀耶诸天。愿你对抗地界、空界、天界之力，并对抗一切途中作障之类，皆得吉祥安泰。”
