उदारमेव विद्वांसो धर्म प्राहुर्मनीषिण: । उदारं प्रतिपद्यस्व नावरे स्थातुमहसि,“मनीषी विद्वान् दानशीलताको ही धर्म कहते हैं, अतः आप उस दानशीलताको ही प्राप्त कीजिये। आपको इस दयनीय अवस्थामें नहीं रहना चाहिये
udāram eva vidvāṁso dharmaṁ prāhur manīṣiṇaḥ | udāraṁ pratipadyasva nāvare sthātum arhasi |
毗舍摩波耶那说道：“智者与明辨之士皆言：真法在于慷慨施与。故当取此高贵的慷慨；你不应久居这般凄苦而衰微的境地。”
