Adhiratha-Rādhā Discover the Casket; Vasuṣeṇa (Karṇa) is Adopted and Formed
अग्रतः पादुके कृत्वा ददर्शासीनमासने । वहाँ आकर श्रीरामने देखा, भरत चीरवस्त्र पहने हुए हैं, उनका शरीर मैलसे भरा हुआ है और वे मेरी चरणपादुकाएँ आगे रखकर कुशासनपर बैठे हैं |। ६२ ई ।। संगतो भरतेनाथ शत्रुघ्नेन च वीर्यवान्
agrataḥ pāduke kṛtvā dadarśāsīnam āsane |
马尔坎德耶说道：“他把那双木屐置于前方，随即看见婆罗多端坐在座上。”此景凸显婆罗多的谦卑与坚定的奉爱：他将罗摩的木屐置于身前，以象征之礼奉罗摩为正统之主，自身只是代为守护国政的托付者，而非觊觎王位的争夺者。
