Kaurava Court Hears of the Pāṇḍavas’ Forest Hardship (वैचित्रवीर्यवंशीयस्य राज्ञः करुणाविचारः)
एतच्छुत्वा नमस्तस्मै कृत्वासौ सह कन्यया | तत्राभ्यगच्छद् देवेन्द्रो यत्र देवर्षयो5भवन्
etac chrutvā namas tasmai kṛtvāsau saha kanyayā | tatrābhyagacchad devendro yatra devarṣayo 'bhavan ||
闻此言，因陀罗便向彼者恭敬致礼；遂与少女同往——天帝因陀罗——趋向诸天仙（天界圣贤）会集之处。此偈彰显即便强者亦当以“礼敬”（namas）示谦恭、守分寸，并表明：对神圣训诲，唯有正行方为相称之答。
