Draupadī’s Instruction on Marital Conduct and Household Discipline (चित्तग्रहण-उपदेश)

अपां गर्भो महाभागः सच्त्वभुग्‌ यो महाद्धुत: । भूपतिर्भुवभर्ता च महत: पतिरुच्यते,“जो “आप' नामवाले सहके पुत्र हैं, जो महाभाग, सत्त्वभोक्ता, भूलोकके पालक और भुवर्लोकके स्वामी हैं, वे अद्भुत नामक महान्‌ अग्नि बुद्धितत््वके अधिपति बताये जाते हैं!

apāṁ garbho mahābhāgaḥ sattvabhug yo mahādbhutaḥ | bhūpatir bhuvabhartā ca mahataḥ patir ucyate ||

马尔坎德耶说道:“他被称为‘水之胎(Apāṃ-garbha)’,大福德者,摄受一切众生之精粹。其名为伟大的‘阿德布塔(Adbhuta,奇妙者)’,为大地之王与守护者,为支撑诸界之主,并被宣称为‘摩诃特(Mahat,宇宙大原理)’之主宰。”
