भद्रवटगमनम् — स्कन्देन महिषदानवनिग्रहः
Bhadravaṭa Procession and Skanda’s Neutralization of Mahiṣa
तेषामिष्टं हरन्त्येते निघ्नन्ति च महद्धवि: । स्पर्थया हव्यवाहानां निध्नन्त्येते हरन्ति च
teṣām iṣṭaṃ haranty ete nighnanti ca mahad haviḥ | spardhayā havyavāhānāṃ nighnanty ete haranti ca ||
马尔坎德耶说道：“这些存在夺取人们所献、所愿之供献（havis），甚至毁坏盛大的祭品。由于与承载供献者——诸火——相争，它们既抢夺又毁灭那供物。”
