A dharmic leader must steady the mind of one burdened by grief and responsibility; reassurance and wise counsel are themselves forms of righteous action before undertaking further duties.
After consoling Yudhiṣṭhira, Kṛṣṇa departs for Dvārakā in a radiant chariot yoked with the horses Śaibya and Sugrīva, marking a transition from counsel to purposeful action.
