इति श्रीमहाभारते वनपर्वणि मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वणि भविष्यकथने एकोननवत्यधिकशततमो< ध्याय:,इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वमें भविष्यकथनविषयक एक सौ नवासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate vanaparvaṇi mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvaṇi bhaviṣyakathane ekonanavatyadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ |

Translation

毗舍波耶那说道：“如是，在《圣摩诃婆罗多》中，于《林居篇》（Vana Parva）之内、名为‘摩尔坎德耶略说篇’（Mārkaṇḍeya-samāsya Parva）的段落中，关于叙述未来之事的章节——即第一百八十九章——至此圆满终了。”
