于是那位天神在心中忆念思惟不灭的毗湿奴。才一忆起,那遍在的主宰、威德光荣的室利之主毗湿奴便即刻来到那里,站立显现,光辉灿然。

The verse highlights smaraṇa-bhakti—mental remembrance and contemplation of the Lord—as a potent spiritual act. It suggests that sincere inner turning toward the divine invites immediate support and illumination, reinforcing trust, humility, and reliance on dharmic refuge rather than mere external power.
A person (implied by 'tena') mentally contemplates Viṣṇu. In response, the omnipresent, imperishable Lord manifests—arriving and standing there in visible, radiant presence—signaling divine attention and impending guidance or protection within the episode.
