युधिछिर उवाच
The verse highlights steadfast familial duty and purposeful wandering: even amid exile, Yudhiṣṭhira’s movement through tīrthas is guided by a righteous aim—seeking reunion and counsel—showing how longing can be disciplined into a dharmic quest rather than despair.
Yudhiṣṭhira tells his companions that they are roaming through pilgrimage places, forests, and lakes specifically because he yearns to see Arjuna, indicating Arjuna’s absence and the brothers’ active search or expectation of meeting him.
