The verse highlights the idea of darśana—encountering the divine—being connected to sacred places and auspicious times, suggesting that reverence, right context, and readiness can open the way to spiritual vision.
The speaker points to a specific lake and a specific season (the month of Caitra) as the setting in which one may obtain a vision of a wondrous, form-assuming being and especially of Pinākin (Śiva), indicating a sacred event or promised theophany tied to that location.
