Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate udyogaparvaṇi bhagavadyānaparvaṇi mātalivarānveṣaṇe saptanavatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

如是，在《圣摩诃婆罗多》中，于《优提瑜伽篇》之内，在论及主之使命（Bhagavad-yāna，天命出使）之章段中，于寻访卓越御者摩多梨（Mātali）之事毕——第九十七章至此终了。此结语标示一段叙事单元的闭合：在大战将临之际，以义务之行与劝诫之言为其纲领。
