Udyoga Parva, Adhyāya 72 — Bhīmasena’s counsel on conciliation and Duryodhana’s disposition
sarvathā tvat-kṣamaṃ caitad roc̣ate ca mamānagha | yat tvaṃ pitari bhīṣme ca praṇipātaṃ samācareḥ ||

Even amid political tension and approaching conflict, dharma requires honoring elders and moral authorities; humility and respectful conduct toward revered figures like Bhīṣma is praised as ethically fitting.
Yudhiṣṭhira expresses approval of the listener’s (addressed as “blameless one”) continued respectful obeisance toward Bhīṣma, affirming that such deference is appropriate and commendable.
