Duryodhana’s Reassurance and Force-Praise to Dhritarashtra

परेषां तन्ममाचक्ष्व यदि वेत्थ परंतप । शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले भरतनन्दन! अर्जुन और भीमसेनके मारे जानेपर शत्रुओंके दलमें दूसरा कौन ऐसा वीर है, जो युद्ध कर सकेगा? यदि आप किसीको जानते हों तो बताइये ।।

Transliteration

pareṣāṃ tan mamācakṣva yadi vettha parantapa | pañca te bhrātaraḥ sarve dhṛṣṭadyumno 'tha sātyakiḥ ||

Translation

难敌说道：“若你确知其余诸人，噬敌如火者，就告诉我吧。你那五位兄弟都在那边，德里ष्टद्युम्न与萨提亚基亦在。倘若阿周那与毗摩塞那被杀，敌军之中还有谁能称勇士、足以支撑战阵？”
