तैरयुद्धं साधु मनन््ये कुरवस्तन्निबोधत । युद्धे विनाश: कृत्स्नस्यथ कुलस्य भविता ध्रुवम्
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | tair yuddhaṃ sādhu manye kuravas tan nibodhata | yuddhe vināśaḥ kṛtsnasyātha kulasya bhavitā dhruvam ||
持国王说道：“我以为库鲁族最好不要与他们开战；你们务必明白。若真动兵，整个宗族的彻底毁灭必将随之而来。这是我最坚定的结论，凭此决断，我心方得安宁。若你们也愿无战，就让我们为和解而努力。”
