ब्राह्मणेषु च ये शूरा: स्त्रीषु ज्ञातिषु गोषु च वृन्तादिव फलं पक्वं धृतराष्ट्र पतन्ति ते
brāhmaṇeṣu ca ye śūrāḥ strīṣu jñātiṣu goṣu ca | vṛntādiva phalaṃ pakvaṃ dhṛtarāṣṭra patanti te ||
毗度罗告诫持国王：“凡只敢向无力自卫者逞其‘勇’——婆罗门、妇女、自家亲族与牛群——此辈并非真勇士。正如熟果自梗而坠，他们必然从荣誉、安稳与合乎法（达摩）的立足之地上坠落。”
