Drupada’s Alarm and Inquiry Regarding Śikhaṇḍinī (द्रुपदस्य भय-विमर्शः)
भवितव्यं तथा तद्धि मम दुःखाय कौरव । भद्रे काम॑ करिष्यामि समयं तु निबोध मे
bhavitavyaṃ tathā taddhi mama duḥkhāya kaurava | bhadre kāmaṃ kariṣyāmi samayaṃ tu nibodha me ||
“必当如此——确然是天命这般注定，使我悲苦，噢俱卢之裔（Kaurava）。然而，贤淑之人，我将依你所愿而行；但先须明白我所立下的条件。”
